Responsibilities

We seek a highly organized and proactive Demo Applications Manager to oversee the governance and management of over 150+ applications. This Senior IC role is critical in supporting all our technical teams (Products, Presales, Postsales, Customer Support, and many more) in leveraging these apps to build and maintain new connectors, solutions, support customers, troubleshoot connector issues, and create impactful and meaningful demos and POCs. This Senior IC role will define a strategy to procure and manage hundreds of new apps, instances, and credentials, support user requirements, manage budgets, handle the intake and procurement processes, and ensure demo instances' initial setup and configuration. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to manage and support our demo environment effectively.
