About The Role

We are looking for a passionate Marketing professional to join our North LATAM team. As a Content Marketing Leader at VTEX, you'll be an integral part of our marketing team, a high-performing group known for its versatility and commitment to results. Your primary role will be to develop compelling Graphic Content that resonates with our audience, enhances our brand presence, and supports our marketing and customer success initiatives, through the most creative design pieces.

In your key role as a digital designer, your day-to-day tasks will consist of collaborating with other teams to define requirements, iterate on design solutions, and contribute expertise for various digital products. One of the key aspects of your role is creating digital assets for a wide range of platforms, including websites, social media, display advertising, and eCommerce. As our graphic content leader, your responsibilities will include designing digital assets, testing them, and optimizing them based on their performance. Responsibilities also include staying up to date on industry trends and the latest digital design software.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating graphics and multimedia projects, mainly for performance marketing channels (email marketing, social media, paid media, website, content in general)
• Quickly translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Test assets and optimize based on their performance.
• Create digital assets (static, video, and HTML) for a range of platforms (social, display advertising, eCommerce, websites, mobile apps, etc.).
• Create website assets from hero design to web animations.
• Create email designs for CRM programs and coordinate the creation of email templates in HTML.
• Design and develop homepages, landing pages, and email concepts.
• Create and execute concepts for digital advertising.
• Assist in the development of video marketing and sales content, from conceptualization to execution.
• Support marketing campaigns with innovative content strategies.
• Engage in partner marketing efforts to align and amplify our brand message.
• Support customer success efforts through targeted content creation.
• Initiate and drive new data-backed content initiatives, utilizing AI tools for content generation and analysis, and taking advantage of our Hubspot CRM capabilities.
  
  

Who you are

• 3+ years of experience in digital design, preferably in the technology or ecommerce sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Ideal experience in Hubspot.
• Experience in the design thinking process, agile development, and lean startup methodologies.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience working directly with developers to implement designs.
• Expertise with standard digital design tools, including Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
• Working knowledge of CSS and HTML.
• Photo and video editing expertise.
• Strong knowledge of current digital design best practices and web production techniques.
• Experience with user-centered design, rapid prototyping, and user testing.
• A good understanding of visual design principles.
• Proven digital content skills.
• Experience creating digital assets for a variety of target audiences.
• Strong portfolio showing the breadth of digital design capabilities.
  
  

Preferred Location:

• Ideally based in the CDMX area, but exceptional remote candidates will be considered.
• Willingness to travel at least every other month.
