This is an exciting opportunity to help build the Compensation function at a high-growth pre-IPO startup as part of Verkada’s growing Compensation team. As an early team member, you will play a critical role in cross-functional partnerships across all business units at Verkada. You will be asked to project manage large programs like the compensation cycle, survey submissions, compensation tools, and benchmarking.
Annual Pay Range
Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
