Our GTM team is currently looking for a Manager, Ramp Acceleration to join us!

As Vanta’s Manager, Ramp Acceleration, you will build, lead, and implement the sales acceleration playbook for our Sales & Business Development teams. You will help drive early career success within our Global SDR organization by developing new hires and ensuring our reps hit the ground running. In this role, you will enhance the overall sales rep experience by accelerating talent ramp-up, improving retention, and ultimately driving revenue growth. We are seeking a passionate coach who thrives on data driven insights and strategic leadership to empower our teams to achieve their highest potential.

What you’ll do as a Manager, Ramp Acceleration at Vanta:

- Lead the creation and evolution of our sales acceleration program tailored for new BDRs/SDRs, ensuring that new hires achieve peak performance within their first 90 days.

- Partner with the Business Development Leadership to define, track, and take accountability for KPI management.

- Provide hands on coaching through live call sessions, offering actionable feedback to help new reps master effective prospecting techniques. 

- Foster an environment of high performance & accountability

- Act as a trusted advisor to BDR/SDR Management by making data backed recommendations and consulting on trends, metrics, and strategic actions to accelerate rep ramp up and overall team performance.

- Accurately forecast monthly targets 

- Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency and Productivity

How to be successful in this role:

- Be located in San Francisco, CA and have the ability to commute to the office in a hybrid setting 3x per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) .

- Have 2+ years of SDR Leadership or Enablement experience 

- Offer experience in B2B SaaS sales and sales enablement or management  

- Have experience prospecting into various market segments and personas

- Have stellar problem-solving abilities, thrive working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoy the challenge of making a large impact early on in a start-up environment

- Proven track record and experience in increasing efficiency and productivity across a growing sales org.

- Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to coach SDRs
