As Director, Brand and Creative Production you’ll lead the charge in shaping how Navan’s brand is experienced across the globe. From ideation to execution, you will guide creative efforts that resonate with our audiences, elevate our brand, and support business growth. You’ll manage a team of world-class creatives and collaborate cross-functionally to craft campaigns and content that inspire and engage. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the brand’s identity, messaging, and creative output are cohesive, innovative, and aligned with the company’s overarching goals.
We are looking for a leader with not only exceptional design and leadership skills but also a sharp ability to craft compelling copy that connects with diverse audiences. This role requires both strategic brand management and creative oversight, requiring a blend of strong conceptual thinking, design leadership, and deep brand-building expertise.
