Senior Product Manager - SumUp

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of SumUp Bookings, one of the newest products in the SumUp portfolio. SumUp Bookings is a tool designed for small businesses, particularly in the health & beauty sector, helping them manage calendars, schedule appointments, and enable seamless online booking for their customers. This is a unique opportunity to own the strategy and roadmap for a product that directly impacts the success of our merchants.

In this role, you’ll collaborate daily with a dedicated development team, including engineers, an engineering manager, designers, product marketing experts, and data analysts. You’ll have the flexibility and autonomy to shape the future of the SumUp Bookings product while working on a high-impact initiative within the organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and own the product strategy and long-term roadmap for SumUp Bookings, ensuring alignment with SumUp’s broader goals.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, product marketing, and data analytics, to deliver impactful features and improvements.
• Use data-driven insights, customer feedback, and market trends to guide decision-making and prioritize initiatives.
• Drive the execution of your product roadmap by planning and leading large-scale projects, from concept to delivery.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure product success, track performance, and identify areas for optimization.
• Ensure smooth communication and alignment with stakeholders, both within and outside of your immediate team.

Who You Are:

• You have extensive experience in managing and building digital products
• You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record of defining product vision and translating it into actionable roadmaps
• You possess strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• You have a data-driven mindset and are comfortable using analytics tools to inform decisions
• Experience working with agile development teams and collaborating across functions is essential
• A background in or understanding of the health & beauty sector is a plus but not required
