We’re looking for a Senior Associate Talent Acquisition - Tech to drive end-to-end recruiting processes for technical roles in Brazil, focusing on our Bank and BR Market tribes.

What you’ll do

Own the entire recruitment lifecycle for NonOps technical positions, including Back-end, Mobile (iOS/Android), and Engineering Manager roles.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of quality candidates to meet hiring targets efficiently.

Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and structure roles of varying seniority across multiple technical areas.

Leverage current sourcing and recruiting trends to improve processes and attract top talent.

Implement strategies to build diverse teams and foster an inclusive workplace culture.

Manage recruitment projects to optimize processes and support team development.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align hiring efforts with the needs of SumUp’s Bank and BR Market tribes.

You’ll be great for this role if

You have experience in technical recruiting, ideally in consultancy or fintech environments.

You’re fluent in English and adept at managing high-volume recruitment for technical roles.

You bring strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to optimize recruitment processes.

You excel at stakeholder management and communication, navigating ambiguity with ease.

You have experience with process improvements and are passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high standard for talent density.
