About the Team

The OTC team in Sofia primarily supports the European (including the UK), Australian, and American markets. Our global OTC team also includes colleagues in Brazil, responsible for operations in Brazil and Chile. We work closely across regions to ensure smooth financial processes.

Our team is structured around key Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, covering everything from order creation to accounts receivable management. This internship provides a hands-on learning experience in financial operations, data analysis, and business process optimization.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Data Entry & Accuracy: Ensure precise entry and organization of financial data.
• Basic Financial Analysis: Perform simple calculations, reconcile data, and generate reports.
• Excel Reporting: Use basic formulas (SUM, multiplication, division), formatting, and data range management.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with team members, respond to supervisor feedback, and support decision-making processes.
• Administrative Support: Assist in preparing documents, organizing financial records, and handling routine accounting tasks.
• Process Understanding: Gain exposure to end-to-end OTC operations, including order processing, invoicing, and collections.
  
  

You'd be great for this role if you have:

• recently graduated or pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• basic understanding of financial and accounting concepts.
• English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Excel proficiency: Familiarity with cell references, styles, data ranges, and basic formulas.
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
• Professionalism & teamwork: Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and follow guidance.
