Join Our Customer Service Team as a Customer Service Representative!

Position Overview: Are you passionate about delivering top-tier customer service? SpotOn is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and ensure our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service through both verbal and written communication, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.

Provide clear and concise explanations to customers regarding charges, rates, and statements.

Handle difficult and high-stress situations with professionalism, using strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to ensure seamless service and follow-ups.

Requirements:

Advanced English (C1 level)

1-3 years of experience in customer service and tech support

Strong customer relationship skills and a passion for exceeding customer expectations

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong customer relationships

Ability to stay calm under pressure and de-escalate challenging situations professionally

High school diploma or equivalent (minimum); university or technical studies preferred

What We Offer:

Base Salary: $18,250.00 MXN + Performance Bonus: $3,660.00 MXN

Food Vouchers: $1,500.00 MXN per month
