We are looking for a Compensation Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires an individual who will act as a cross-functional business partner working with multiple teams to ensure compensation to our sales team occurs accurately and timely. The candidate must have a professional demeanor, thrive in a service/customer-oriented position, be a hardworking, punctual, honest, loyal, and motivated self-starter. The ideal candidate will have adequate excel and data manipulation skills, have an excellent work ethic and want to be a long-term contributing team member.
