About the Role
As a Clinical Product and Content Manager at SonderMind, you will lead the development and execution of innovative self-care tools designed to enhance clinical outcomes. You will work closely with clients, providers, and cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the needs of all stakeholders while driving clinical improvements. Your role will blend clinical insights with product management expertise to deliver solutions that improve patient outcomes, increase adoption, and streamline healthcare delivery.
Essential Functions
- Represents the Clinical Voice in Product Development of Self-Care Tools: Support the end-to-end product lifecycle for clinical self-care tools, from ideation to launch, ensuring the final product aligns with clinical best practices and supports an effective self-care process.
- Content Management: Working in partnership with the marketing team, develop and maintain a comprehensive library of clinical resources to empower client-directed self-care and complement provider support. Proactively identify opportunities to create new content that aligns with internal clinical initiatives and enhances client outcomes.
- Gather and Prioritize Clinical Requirements: Collaborate with providers, clients, and internal clinical teams to gather feedback and translate clinical insights into actionable product features.
- Drive Adoption of Tools Among Clients and Providers: Develop and implement adoption strategies, working closely with clients and providers to understand their needs and ensure high engagement and usage of self-care tools.
- Monitor and Improve Clinical Outcomes: Analyze product performance and clinical data to measure impact on patient outcomes, and continuously optimize features based on insights gathered.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure product features are effectively developed and delivered on time while meeting clinical and user standards.
What does success look like?
- Ramp-up Success (First 3-6 Months):
- Gain a deep understanding of the company's self-care tools, product roadmap, and clinical user base.
- Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (e.g., clinical, engineering, marketing) and external clients/providers.
- Develop and launch new clinical content to support clients and providers in effectively utilizing self-care tools, ensuring alignment with clinical standards and user needs.
- Continued Success (6+ Months and Beyond):
- Continuously improve product features based on clinical outcomes, user feedback, and market changes.
- Demonstrate measurable impact on clinical outcomes, such as patient engagement, reduced hospital readmissions, or improved care management, using the self-care tools.
- Maintain high levels of client/provider satisfaction and retention by optimizing onboarding and ongoing support processes.
- Performance Measurement:
- Clinical Impact: Measured by improvement in patient outcomes and adoption rates among clients and providers.
- Client and Provider Satisfaction: Evaluated through feedback, engagement metrics, and support interactions.
- Revenue Growth: Contribution to the company’s financial goals through adoption and market expansion of self-care tools.
- Adoption Metrics: Growth in active users, engagement rates, and the percentage of clients using clinical content.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications:

- Valid Clinical Licensures: (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LP, and others)
- 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare or health-tech, with a focus on clinical products.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, and self-care tools.
- Proven ability to work with healthcare providers and stakeholders to gather feedback and drive adoption.
- Experience in driving clinical improvements and managing product life cycles from ideation to launch.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Background in healthcare practice, clinical research, or digital health solutions.
- Familiarity with telehealth, remote monitoring, and patient engagement platforms.

The anticipated salary rate for this role is between $108,000 - $135,000 per year.
