The Role:

SoFi seeks an experienced Principal Technical Program Manager to join our Infrastructure Platforms team, playing a pivotal role in delivering the reliable, resilient platform that enables our Members to Get Their Money Right. This highly visible position offers significant organizational impact and requires deep technical expertise combined with strategic program management capabilities.

As Principal TPM, you will shape the future of SoFi's infrastructure platform by leading critical initiatives, including our Disaster Recovery Maturation program. Your expertise in cloud-based DR and technical program management will elevate our practices and create innovative solutions that increase the effectiveness of our TPM organization. Success in this role requires both strategic vision and hands-on technical acumen to drive complex, cross-functional programs while maintaining strong business alignment.
