Senior Analyst, Business Operations & Strategy - ServiceTitan

The Senior Analyst, Business Operations & Strategy is a critical member of the GTM Strategy and Ops team and an important voice in the broader revenue operations ecosystem. This role will be a critical member in building the sales pipeline and database strategy and acting as a strategic business partner to our sales and marketing organizations. They will focus on managing the top of the outbound funnel through acquisition, enrichment, and management of the prospect database as well as strategic special projects across the GTM funnel. 

This role will work cross-functionally with key business stakeholders across the company including sales, data science Business Technology/IT teams, & marketing. The individual has a well-rounded background - including analytical rigor, experience with quantitative tools, project management, and a mix of strategic and operational work. S/he will be able to quickly jump in, identify strategic projects to improve sales efficiency, and take direct day-to-day ownership of Sales Development Operations in order to drive those key strategic initiatives.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $95,000 USD - $137,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
