We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Live Service Agent I to join our team. As a Live Service Agent I, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. You'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner. This is a call-centric role, where you'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our customers and make a real difference in their lives.

Training:

Must be flexible for the first 3 weeks to work a full time training schedule (9:00AM-5:30PM EST) that will then change to a part-time or full-time schedule.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $40,248 CAD - $49,700 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location.
