As a Specialist in Marketing Strategy at ServiceTitan, you will play a crucial role in supporting strategic decision-making across marketing. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market and competitive research, analyzing data, and delivering high-quality work that drives business growth. This role requires quickly learning and following established processes, executing assigned tasks with precision, and consistently producing strong output on time.
What you'll do:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential new market opportunities.
Gather and analyze competitive intelligence, including go-to-market strategies, product offerings and positioning.
Collaborate closely with product marketing to develop competitive positioning, differentiated messaging and impactful sales enablement materials.
Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports and presentations on findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders on a regular basis.
Monitor industry trends and customer behavior, assessing their impact on our business strategy.
Assist in designing and executing primary research initiatives with customers and industry stakeholders.
Cultivate relationships with key internal stakeholders (Sales, Product) to understand emerging business needs and enhance strategic analysis capabilities.
Support survey design and implementation for customer and market research purposes.
Own win/loss reporting for various segments of the business.
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in market research, competitive analysis, or marketing strategy within a B2B environment, preferably in SaaS.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in data analytics, visualization, and data collection tools, including Tableau, Salesforce, and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to various levels of stakeholders.
Self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision, yet thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Familiarity with competitive intelligence software (e.g., Crayon, Klue) and other market research tools is advantageous.
Passion for AI and technology and a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends and innovations.
