This role will own and scale all aspects of People, from talent acquisition, employee experience & retention, employee relations, performance management, development, compensation, benefits, compliance, and org design.
Reporting to the CEO and co-founder, you’ll work closely with the leadership team to shape our people strategy, systems, and processes to support rapid growth in 2025 and beyond. You’ll ensure a seamless, high-impact experience from hiring to career development, enabling our people to excel at Scribe.

Compensation
$220-260k
Compensation will be determined based on a candidate's level of experience and location.
