Responsibilities
Technical Architectは、Salesforce Platformが顧客の IT アーキテクチャにどのように適合するかについて検討する、アカウントチームに対するドメイン・エキスパートとして活動します。幅広い IT の知見を持つTechは、CIO/CTO レベルまでの IT意思決定者に対して、生成AI、宣言型/プログラムによる機能拡張、データ配置、インテグレーション、クラウド・インフラストラクチャ、セキュリティなど、Technical Architectのあらゆる側面について効果的に議論をリードし、デモンストレーションを行うことができます。技術スキルと営業マインドを強力に融合させたTechnical Architectは、コンサルティング・アプローチを使用してビジネス要件と技術要件を理解し、アカウントチームが技術販売戦略と当社のソリューションの適合性を開発および改良できるよう支援します。Technical Architectは、既存の顧客およびより広範なPlatform as a Service (PaaS)市場に対する製品およびベストプラクティスのEnablementセッションやセミナー講師も担当します。
提案活動
ビジネスをクラウド アーキテクチャに移行しようとしている CIO/CTO レベルの IT意思決定者とその IT チームにアドバイスを提供
顧客のニーズを理解し、技術的およびビジネス的要件に対応する最適なソリューションとしてPlatform製品を検討
Salesforce Platformの宣言型機能とプログラム開発機能を使用して、カスタマイズされたデモを構築して提示
顧客向け技術ワークショップやEnablementセッションを実施
製品マーケティング、製品営業、アライアンスなど社内の他部門と緊密に連携し、社内外向けのプログラムや取り組みを開発・実行
RFI/RFPや技術要件文書への対応において営業チームを支援
Enablement活動の推進
新製品や新機能を調査し、AEやAccount SEが提案活動で再利用出来るような技術概要資料やデモアセット、ハンズオンキットなどを作成
グローバルで作成している各種アセットの調査・収集と、日本市場向けのローカライズ
社内向け新機能セミナーやEnablementセッションの実施
マーケティング活動支援
セミナー＆イベントでの登壇、プレゼンテーション/デモンストレーションの実施
開発者向けWebinarでの登壇、プレゼンテーション/デモンストレーションの実施
Minimum Requirements
SaaS, PaaS, IaaSといったクラウド・プラットフォームの5年以上の提案活動経験 (ex: multi-tenancy, multi-tiered infrastructure, application servers, network and information security)
SOA, ESB, ETL, API技術をベースにしたシステム連携提案経験
論理的思考、課題解決、プレゼンテーション等のコンサルティングスキル
顧客情報システム部門の関心事を理解し円滑にコミュニケーション出来る能力
新しい技術や製品を学習する能力、強い探究心
アカウントチームや他スペシャリストとチームで仕事をする能力
セミナーやイベントなどでのプレゼンテーション/デモンストレーション経験
中級レベルの英語力（会話 / 読み / 書き）
国内出張が可能な方
Preferred Requirements
CRM（セールス、サービス、マーケティング領域）の3年以上の提案活動経験
何らかのWebアプリケーションのプログラミング経験（ex: Java, C＃, JavaScript, Ruby,HTML, XML, Python, Node.js, Go, AJAX etc Including Open source languages is better）
Microsoft Azure, AWS等の他社クラウドサービスの知識
予測AIや生成AIプラットフォーム、機械学習プラットフォームの知識
Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL等のデータベースの知識
バックオフィス, ERPシステムの知識 (order management, accounts receivable / payables, collections, contracts （service）, installed base)
ワークショップやグループワークをリードするファシリテーション能力
上級レベルの英語力（会話 / 読み / 書き）
