私たちは、以下のSalesforceの多様な製品について実証可能な1つまたは複数のスキルと経験を持つ Success Architect を募集しています。その中でも特にAgentforceに関連するスキルと経験をお持ちの方を歓迎しますが、担当いただく製品の範囲はAgentforceには限りません。

責任

• AgentforceをはじめとするSalesforceの製品とその機能を実装する際のベストプラクティスをお客様に提供します。
• お客様が利用するSalesforce製品の複雑かつ難易度の高い技術的な問題に対して専門的なアドバイスを提供します。
• お客様のSalesforce環境のアーキテクチャを評価するレビューボードに参加します。
• お客様がSalesforce製品の機能の廃止 (End of Life) などの主要な変更に対して備えるのを支援します。
• Salesforceにとって戦略的な製品や機能の利用をお客様に促進します。
• 製品マネジメント部門から提供される製品の重要な情報をキャッチし、それをもとにお客様やSalesforce社内の関係チームにとって有益なアセット（ベストプラクティス、ナレッジ、FAQ等）を作成します。
   

必要なスキルと経験

• ウォーターフォール / アジャイルソフトウェア開発方法論を使用したエンタープライズレベルのプロジェクトでの5年以上の経験
• 求められるビジネス成果を達成するためのシステムアーキテクチャの全体像を定義し、現在の状態と望ましい最終状態の間のギャップを特定し、包括的なソリューションを提供した経験
• ディスカバリーセッションのリードやビジネス要件の定義、ユーザーストーリーの作成、詳細なシステムおよび機能設計を行なった経験
• Salesforceプラットフォームでの設定およびカスタマイズの豊富な経験
• Agentforceでも用いられる主要なツールの利用経験: プロンプトビルダー、フロービルダー、Data Cloud（外部データの取り込み）、Experience Cloud（MIAW、オムニチャネル等）、など
• お客様の役員クラスも含めてあらゆるレベルの立場の方に対して信頼されるように効果的にコミュニケーションし、価値を示し、影響を与える能力と実績
• 技術的なコンセプトを分析しそれをビジネスの言葉に置き換える能力、および技術的な機能をビジネスの要件にマッピングできる能力
• 相手に合わせてメッセージの抽象度・具体度を適切にコントロールしてコミュニケーションできる能力
• 高度なプレゼンテーションスキル
• 困難でプレッシャーのかかる状況においても、複数のタスクに対して優先順位づけし効果的に実行できる能力
• 問題を自分一人で解決するのではなく、様々なスペシャリストを巻き込みチームとしての解決をリードできる能力
• 新しい概念やビジネスモデル、技術を自主的に迅速に学び業務に活用する姿勢
• 自立したセルフスターター
   

望ましいスキルと経験

• 何らかのSalesforce製品の認定資格
• APIフレームワークの高度な知識もしくはMuleSoftを使用したシステム開発の経験
• Data Cloud の実装経験
• 英語（ビジネスレベルの読み書きと会話）
