業務内容
Campaign Senior Specialist (Slack担当)は、Slackのビジネスを成功に導くために、ターゲット層のニーズを的確に捉え、高度なマーケティング戦略を用いてリードの獲得、顧客のエンゲージメント強化、売上の拡大を図ります。クリエイティブ且つ高いコミュニケーション力を有したプロフェッショナルなマーケティングロールです。
マーケティング統括本部デマンドジェネレーションチームに所属し、会社およびSlackのビジョン、売上や商談金額目標、製品に関するビジネスニーズや課題、最新トレンドから、社内のステークホルダー（営業、プロダクトマーケティング、デジタルマーケティング、カスタマーサクセス、アライアンス、システムエンジニアチーム等）と密にコミュニケーションを行い、Slackの対象ペルソナにおける包括的なマーケティング戦略・計画を立案し、キャンペーンマネージメント（予算、スケジュール、リソース、ステークホルダー・コミュニケーション、PDCA）を実行し、目標に貢献頂きます。
主なミッションは、Slackおよび関連製品のビジネス拡大（白地開拓、Pipe Generation(New&Add-on)、商談促進支援）と成長、そして市場シェアの獲得となります。
上記に加え、営業・インサイドセールス組織との連携におけるSalesforceおよびSlackサービスの活用向上、Thought Leadershipとしての市場認知を目的としたマーケティングアセットの開発、組織のガイドラインやプロセスに沿ったキャンペーンの企画・実施・運用・レポートを行います。
必要なスキル・経験
7年以上のSaaS・IT製品のマーケティングまたは営業経験
Slackの価値を深く理解し、その魅力を効果的に伝えられる方
限られた時間内で包括的なマーケティング戦略の立案と計画を作成し、費用対効果の高い施策を実行する能力
対象ペルソナにおけるビジネスニーズ、最新トレンドの理解および継続的な学習意欲
各部門のステークホルダーと共通のゴールを目指し、連携する高いコミュニケーション力
柔軟性が高く、スピーディに行動し、期待を超えるパフォーマンスの達成にチャレンジできる方
起業家マインドがあり、新しい分野にチャレンジし、柔軟な発想をもって、ステークホルダーを巻き込みながら、リーダーシップを発揮できる方
プロジェクトマネジメントスキルが高く、複数のキャンペーンを同時進行できる方
英語でのコミュニケーション能力が高く、グローバルチームと連携できる方
自発的に新しいことを学ぶことができるSelf Starterで、クラウドサービス、テクノロジーに興味がある方
経歴: 大学卒業以上、TOEIC 800点以上
