Your Impact:

The Agentforce team is looking for an experienced Software Engineering Architect in AI/ML Data Pipelines to help design and develop intelligent, personalized, and trusted CRM Generative AI Applications for Agentforce.

In this position, you will be responsible for the technical aspects and vision of Agentforce Applications developed by a group of ~ 60 engs and collaborate closely with Product and Project Managers, Engineering Managers, UX, and more.

Our innovative team is working on exciting and interesting problems in areas like Agentforce Conversation Explorer, Agentforce Analytics, Agentforce Speech Services, LLM evaluations and metrics, and more.
