THE WORK:

Ripple is a leader in crypto solutions, transforming how the world moves, manages, and tokenizes value. We’re bringing the Internet of Value to life—and we need a motivated and dynamic Sales Director to help drive this crypto-enabled future in Latin America.

Based in São Paulo, reporting to the Managing Director of LatAm, you’ll be responsible for growing Ripple’s customer base in the region, prioritizing Brazil, while executing a focused strategy targeting key customer segments. As a key member of the Sales team, you’ll shape Ripple’s regional sales strategy, targeting payment companies, fintechs, banks, crypto exchanges, asset management, and other financial players. 

This role is all about action—building and managing a robust pipeline, attending events to create a strong network, and actively seeking opportunities. The Sales Director will create and drive their own opportunities while leveraging the support of a local Sales Developer Representative (SDR). Ripple’s innovative portfolio includes Cross-border Payment, Custody Infrastructure, and Stablecoin solutions, enabling financial institutions to harness blockchain technology to transform their operations.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned hunter and natural people connector with solid sales experience, a passion for new technologies, and the ability to thrive in paradigm-shifting markets. They excel at working independently while embracing the value of teamwork—collaborating effectively with sales peers, product, marketing, customer success, legal, compliance, and business operations. Ripple values teamwork and achieving shared goals, making collaboration a cornerstone of this role.
