About the Job:

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Platform & Influencer Strategy, reporting into the Senior Director of Community, to lead and define our brand’s multi-platform presence and influencer ecosystem with precision, vision, and strategic innovation.

This role is a guiding force in shaping how we engage across LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring each platform is maximized, differentiated, and deeply effective in achieving our broader business goals.

Additionally, this role leads Influencer & Creator Strategy, ensuring that RTR is activating the right talent at the right time to drive both brand and business impact. This includes data-driven casting, relationship management, vendor partnerships, and campaign logic and planning to ensure our influencer and creator strategies deliver measurable success.

This is a high-impact role—setting the platform vision, guiding creator and influencer activations, and ensuring strategic execution at the highest level. It requires a big-picture thinker who is also deeply tactical, ensuring every decision ladders up to brand growth, community engagement, and business impact.

Beyond social and influencer strategy, this role is a key partner to creative, brand and paid media ensuring the right internal resources are aligned to social programming. 

You will work laterally with our In-House Content Creator to help produce complex content franchises, as well as directly manage Rent the Runway’s Social Media Manager.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $115,200 to $144,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held. This position is also eligible for equity compensation.
