Reddit's Ads Data Science team is seeking a highly motivated Staff Data Scientist to revolutionize our advertising platform through cutting-edge experimentation. In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead the design, implementation, and analysis of complex A/B tests and advanced experimentation methodologies, driving significant improvements in advertiser performance and user experience. You'll be a strategic partner, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow data scientists to shape a forward-thinking experimentation roadmap. As a thought leader, you'll champion best practices, driving the adoption of novel techniques in modeling, statistical frameworks, and causal inference, while mentoring junior data scientists. You'll thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, partnering with a world-class team to push the boundaries of data-informed decision-making and product creation within Reddit's two-sided ads marketplace. In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The base pay range for this position is:

$217,000—$303,900 USD
