About the Role

- GTM Platform is a newly formed engineering team dedicated to building platforms that power Ramp’s Go-To-Market organization. We are a highly impact-driven team, focused on building scalable tools and shared environments used by sales, solutions, product, marketing, and our customers.

- Our work includes expanding and maintaining mission-critical platforms like our demo environment, relied on by most Ramp employees and essential for sales, and customer sandboxes, used by external developers and our largest enterprise clients. This team is a great fit if you’re interested in solving complex technical problems and using the latest AI tools to scale business-focused platforms.

What You’ll Do

- Collaborate on our technical vision. Lead the technical design and execution of multiple complex projects.

- Uplevel our demo and customer sandbox environments. Build new tools to enable our sales organization and largest enterprise customers, such as using LLMs to create hyper-personalized demos and customizable sandboxes.

- Continuously improve our engineering processes, tools, and systems that allow us to scale the code base, productivity, and the team.

- Solve technical challenges and complex software engineering problems to enable our platforms to scale to the next order of magnitude.

What You Need 

- A minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience preferred

- Track record of building high-quality products

- An understanding of computer science and software engineering fundamentals

- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft
