About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our growing team. As a key member of the People team, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for all functions; from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Your approach will be pro-active, resulting in an elevated candidate experience, phenomenal hiring manager experience, and smooth onboarding experience for new hires. This job is not for you if you mostly manage inbound traffic on job posts. This is a high-impact opportunity to make a significant contribution to a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

The base compensation range for this role is $130,000 - $170,000 (plus competitive pre-IPO equity) depending on skills and experience.
