Owner is a remote-first, global company headquartered in San Francisco, with a sales hub in Toronto. For a few of our roles we prioritize in-person collaboration at one of our office locations. The restaurant guest experience needs to compete with hugely popular 3rd party marketplaces and big national chains. Your local restaurant should have digital experiences as delightful to use as Airbnb, Robinhood or Waymo.
Weâre looking for a guest-facing product manager obsessed with quality, design and craft. Youâll work closely with exceptional engineering and design teams to craft software that is as intuitive, delightful, and trusted as the best consumer apps in the world. Your north star is delivering effortless, elegant guest experiences that help all of our restaurants drive revenue.
Ownerâs guest-facing product is huge: websites, online menu, cart and checkout, offers, lifecycle marketing, mobile app, loyalty and more. With you, we can keep expanding our ambition: group orders, order tracking, kiosk, phone ordering. Your job is to make these experiences beautiful, intuitive, and indispensable.
Owner is a remote-first company, but we are prioritizing San Francisco Bay Area-based folks for this role. We have a lovely office in the Presidio and cater lunch from our local customers twice a week!
