Senior Memory System Architect - Nvidia

As a Senior Memory System Architect at NVIDIA, you will have the opportunity to drive the development of architecture and micro-architecture to improve the state-of-the-art in memory systems. In this role, you will be optimizing along various axes, including performance, power efficiency, complexity, area, effort, and schedule. Your contributions will directly impact NVIDIA's world-changing SOCs for automotive and robotics, server systems, deep learning, and gaming.

NVIDIA’s invention of the GPU 1999 sparked the growth of the PC gaming market, redefined modern computer graphics, and revolutionized parallel computing. More recently, GPU deep learning ignited modern AI — the next era of computing — with the GPU acting as the brain of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can perceive and understand the world. Today, we are increasingly known as “the AI computing company”. Software development experience with C++, Python, and/or Perl, illustrating your versatility and ability to work with various programming languages.

The base salary range is 220,000 USD - 419,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
