About the role
Implementing operational risk management strategies for a regulated fintech involves dealing with complex challenges and leveraging opportunities. As Nu Colombia's Risk Management Specialist - Operational Risk, you will be responsible for executing and enhancing established frameworks to ensure compliance with the SFC's regulations, while also driving operational efficiency. An important aspect of your role will be leading strategic initiatives for both current and emerging non-financial risks.
