We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Service Representative with expertise in website building tools to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in creating website templates and integrating Nextiva services into their websites, while identifying opportunities to introduce ancillary products and upsell additional services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web design principles, excellent technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify customer needs to recommend effective solutions. This position is a fantastic entry point for a rewarding career with Nextiva.
