We’re leading the way creating products and experiences that drive awareness, understanding, adoption and safe usage of emerging AI tools and are looking for an experienced subject matter expert to join our team and ensure we stay at the cutting edge of new technology and applied use cases. This brand new role will lead the transformation of our Ai skills provision internally and play a significant role in the attainment of our goal to be a market leader in driving AI tool adoption.
About this role
- Own our internal AI upskilling strategy: As Lead AI Coach, you will own our strategy to continually upskill and enhance the delivery of Ai-focused training via a growing team of AI Coaches across existing and new products. You will ensure the right tools, processes and content are in place to assure the training provided by our Coaches [FTC and FTE] is world class and focused on business outcomes.
- Be an expert voice within the business: You’ll act as a thought leader internally to provide feedback and insights on our AI product suite and ensure we’re staying ahead of new technology, applied use cases and challenges being faced by businesses.
- Drive adoption and understanding: You’re passionate about helping others learn and are motivated by breaking down complex topics to drive knowledge and understanding in service of tool adoption. You use this skill in a range of different forums and to different stakeholders - from group settings with coaches to one-on-ones with executives.
- Build client specific solutions: Your applied experience enables you to support our Sales team as a vocal advocate for AI upskilling within key clients conversations. You help to unpack specific business challenges with personalised solutions via our AI product suite, speaking to the Multiverse learning experience and our applied approach to AI upskilling.
- In order to stay closely connected to our product, you deliver a set number of live trainings to our learners each month emphasising real world application of AI skills for business outcomes whilst role modelling best-in-class delivery
About you
- You have a deep knowledge of AI and generative AI technologies and their business applications.
- Significant experience applying AI technologies in industry, with a strong focus on business impact particularly across MS Copilot, Github Copilot, Google Gemini, Salesforce Einstein, Palantir and Claude.
- Strong familiarity with emerging AI trends in the business context AI-driven copilot tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align technology with business goals.
- Demonstrated ability to train and mentor other professionals; experience with adult education or professional development is a plus.
- Compelling presentation and communication skills, particularly simplifying complex concepts and engaging audiences.
- A passion for problem-solving and creating scalable, efficient solutions.
Success in your first 90 days looks like:
- Audit all existing internal AI skills and suggest a short and mid term strategy to upskill our coaching population
- Develop a strategy to onboard and quality assure contingent works in the US as part of our Saas product
- Establish strong working relationships with our technical curriculum teams and become familiar with all existing AI products. Develop feedback loops and processes to ensure your insights are heard by decision makers within our Learning team.
- Host 1-2 learner facing sessions and share your reflections on opportunities for improvement
- Build relationships with our sales enablement team to better understand how we’re selling Ai solutions to clients and drive alignment between Sales and Delivery. Build a path towards supporting crucial sales conversations relating to AI skills solutions.
