In the Manager, Solution Consulting role, you will lead a team of highly skilled Solution Consultants and work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive enterprise sales growth. Your role will be critical in building + maintaining a field SC team that can understand the complex needs of large organizations, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and help prospects and customers realize the value Mindtickle brings to their revenue productivity and sales enablement processes.
You’ll act as a technical and consultative leader guiding teams through the sales cycle - ensuring high quality performance with needs assessments, product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) engagements, and overall sales strategy. You will leverage your deep understanding of our platform and industry to create differentiated solutions and deliver meaningful business outcomes for enterprise clients.
