Security Support Specialist - Lyft

The Security Support Specialist role at Lyft’s is responsible for ensuring the day to day operational effectiveness of the Security and Privacy teams. The success of our growing organization relies on repeatable and documented processes and this role helps to empower the team by coordinating and executing on activities related to:  policy exceptions, software onboarding, documentation of operational process and procedure, quantitative metrics, and special projects. 

You are someone who is comfortable working between teams throughout the organization and, where necessary, with external vendors. You are familiar with Security, or Privacy process building and implementation in a large and growing environment. Daily activities may include, but are not limited to coordinating Security Communications, data analysis and reporting, process refinement, customer service, and supporting projects inside of Security & Privacy.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule if an established Lyft Location is available to the Mexico City region — Hybrid Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year. #Hybrid
