About the Role

As a Solutions Engineer you will advise prospective and current customers on how Loop will solve their pains and enable them to unlock value trapped within their supply chain. Your main charge will be identifying where Loop’s platform can impact our customers most. This will be achieved through a deep understanding of the customer processes, mapped to Loop capabilities, and then demonstrated live in our application. You will also be deeply involved with Product, Engineering, and Sales, ensuring the seamless customer onboarding process and that new product requests are captured and tracked.

Experience Required

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in one or more of the following:
  • Solutions Consulting, or
  • Pre-Sales Engineering, or
  • Supply chain/logistics transformation, or
  • Transportation Management System or Freight audit and payment firm or technology
• 3+ years of direct involvement in the Transportation, Logistics, Freight Pay & Audit and / or Supply Chain Industries
• Ability to lead large groups of people to meet critical goals
• Ability to quantify business value
• Ability to proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities
• Ability to lead process mapping, whiteboard sessions on workflows for implementations, create current and future state flows
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• This is a hybrid role based in Chicago or San Francisco with the expectation to be in the office 3 days a week
