About the Role
JumpCloud is looking for a Customer References Coordinator to join our high impact Corporate Communications team. You’ll work directly with the Communications Manager to build and showcase customer success stories to highlight JumpCloud’s impact and value. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and directly engage with customers to create compelling narratives that support our marketing and sales efforts.
