We are looking for an Workplace Specialist /Front Desk Coordinator who will play a vital role in maintaining culture while acting as the main point of contact and the first face visitors and employees see when they walk into our Swamp! Assist the Ops Team to ensure that our office environment is functioning smoothly and the needs of our staff and visitors are met beyond their expectations. This role involves managing the reception area, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and supporting administrative tasks.

As a Workplace Specialist /Front Desk Coordinator in JFrog you will...

• Be the face JFrog Sunnyvale greet employees, guests and vendors and ensure that the reception area is clean, professional, and fun).
• Be the face of our organization, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming experience for all visitors and team members.
• Greet and assist visitors, employees, vendors and clients with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage the front desk area to ensure it is organized, tidy, and presentable at all times.
• Ensure visitor protocol is followed, including issuing visitor badges.
• Notify employees of guest arrivals promptly.
• Provide directions and information about office facilities as needed.
• Schedule and coordinate conference room bookings when needed.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
• Communicate with employees promptly and professionally.
• Support events and engaging in employee activities, including setup and breakdown.
• Ensure meeting rooms and common office spaces are presentable & clean.
• Assist the Operations Manager with daily administrative tasks and routine office procedures.
• Travel assistance for domestic requests.
• Ensure compliance with office security protocols and safety policies.

To be a Workplace Specialist /Front Desk Coordinator in JFrog you need...

• Ability to work on-site in Sunnyvale, 5 days a week (8:00am to 5:00pm), and overtime when needed.
• Excellent customer service, Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hyper-Organized, attention to detail is a must!
• Foster inclusivity and listen to employee feedback by having a positive, friendly attitude and a passion for creating a welcoming environment.
• Experience with Google Suite (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and Slack.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs.

WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…

• At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
• This position has a base salary range between $70,000 to $78,000.  Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
• This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU).  In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
