We are looking for a Sales Program Manager to support 2 Sales Executives on the Revenue Organization team at the Sunnyvale office and join a team of Sales PMs running the programs.
As a Sales Program Manager in JFrog you will...
- Serve as the Program Manager for all programs, processes, and initiatives.
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the teams.
- Own budget planning and ongoing management, expense approvals, and procurement processes.
- Collect, track, and present metrics related to processes and team performance, driving improvements.
- Build sales programs to drive business growth with end-to-end ownership from ideation to goal attainment.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather business requirements that drive improvements in team productivity.
- Keep detailed accounts of meetings, discussions, decisions, and project progress, synthesize key takeaways and actions.
- Plan and coordinate offsites, team activities, global management, and team meetings.
- Support Operations management for Global Sales, sales-related conferences, events, offsites, and other global and local initiatives, collaborating with the CRO office and global Sales teams.
To be a Sales Program Manager in JFrog you need...
- Must have 5+ years of Program Management, Operations, EA, or similar experience.
- Experience in problem-solving and communicating about issues with individual stakeholders and teams.
- Experience in analytical and strategic thinking about issues and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience as a "connector" across teams and leading a program against KPIs to completion.
- Ability to quickly comprehend business requirements and define and manage the tactical plan necessary to meet them.
- Strength in identifying data patterns that need improvement within processes.
- Outcomes-oriented approach to sales and sales operations with corresponding experience in managing key success metrics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Be a self-starter with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Winner mindset, team player, with a passion for Operations, people, and processes.
WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…
- At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
- This position has a base salary range between $110,000 to $125,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
- This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
