IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a highly motivated Recruiting Specialist. As a Recruiting Specialist at IXL, you will work side by side with recruiters and hiring managers within IXL to understand business needs, and to help create and execute creative strategies to identify top talent to work toward our mission of improving learning for all students globally.
The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, a solutions-oriented problem solver who is tuned into details and has top notch communication skills.
This is a full-time position in our San Mateo, CA headquarters office. The work schedule for this role is Monday-Friday in the office with the option to work from home one day per week.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The base salary range for this full-time position is $68,700 to $80,000 + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
