About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Associate - Learning Partner (LP) to work closely with our amazingly talented functional teams and provide an agile, inclusive, and effective learning ecosystem that inspires, drives development experiences, and enables shifts in learning mindsets. You’ll be engaging with SME’s and departmental learning leads from Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams to ensure a high-performance culture. Your work is critical and will drive high company performance, and strengthen our people and organizational capabilities.
A Day in the Life
- Work with the other verticals in our department to create a culture of creativity, enthusiasm and excitement. We aim to bring the joy of learning into everything we do!
- Take ownership of co-designing learning and certification programs with departmental learning leads, and develop standardized tools for conducting needs analysis, pre-program execution templates, post-program certifications and assessments, and training effectiveness measurement tools.
- Support the Business Leaders and Onboarding team in making sure onboarding pathway content and certification challenges are relevant to job skills and needs, and continuously improve new hire orientation programs to ensure a delightful and productive joining experience for employees.
- Work with departmental learning leads to identify, analyze, and prioritize learning needs from across the organization using methodologies like surveys, interviews, and external benchmarking.
- Work with the Training & Certification Operations team to develop dashboards to track and report on training and certification OKRs, ongoing/completed projects, and provide actionable recommendations for the future in line with business and training strategy.
- Scale the training and certification programs, and evaluate and communicate the effectiveness of training interventions to keep stakeholders informed of investment and impact.
- Manage formal and informational communications on training and certification programs, to drive awareness, adoption, and attendance among employees and leaders.
- Work with multiple business groups to identify capability gaps and build strategies to close gaps including working with external partners to implement technical, functional, industry, and durable skills training.
- Ensure all learning initiatives are linked to business outcomes and behavior changes. Implement meaningful learning & and development measures that show shifts in business outcomes. Proactively communicate these metrics.
- Design and implement corrective learning plans and maintain strict confidentiality on all aspects of the employee outcomes on learning programs.
What you need
- Positivity, empathy, compassion, resiliency, agility, flexibility and a growth mindset!
- 4-7 years of corporate training experience, with a good academic record, excellent oral and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail with a strong (internal) customer focus.
- Must be comfortable working in US shift timings.
- Experience training employees in the areas of sales, or engineering, or marketing, and/or customer success and healthcare sector.
- Experience developing training programs in the healthcare industry preferred
- Proficiency in working with training pathways, analyzing data, and generating presentations through tools like Google Suite, MS Excel, Powerpoint, Learning Management Systems.
- Knowledge of ADDIE Principles and conceptual strength on Adult Learning with awareness of contemporary methodologies.
- Training delivery experience would be a plus.
- Proficiency in presenting concepts, and ideas through PowerPoint, emails, and narrative documents. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen.
