About the role:

The Operations department at iCapital consists of four distinct business units: Business Operations, Platform Technology Support, Platform Operations, and Middle Office Operations. Business Operations oversees the management of firmwide KPIs and executes cross-functional initiatives and programs aimed at enhancing processes and scalability. Meanwhile, Platform Technology Support, Platform Operations, and Middle Office Operations collaborate to provide an exceptional client experience and maintain ongoing platform stability. This internship offers a unique opportunity to rotate through all four business units, gaining valuable insights into each specific area.

• Assist with the creation and updating of strategy material, user guides, and/or internal process documentation.
• Analyze data from across the organization to inform business decisions
• Help organize ticketing system for major clients to improve operational process flow
• Analyze trends in the market to drive opportunities in the organization

Valued qualities and key skills:

• Highly inquisitive, collaborative, and a creative problem solver
• Possess foundational knowledge of and/or genuine interest in the financial markets
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Able to adapt to new responsibilities and manage competing priorities
• Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Eligibility:

• A rising junior or senior in a U.S. college/university bachelor’s degree program
• Committed to working five days a week in the New York City office for the entire duration of the internship
• Authorized to work in the United States*

Pay Rate: $41.00/hour + relocation stipend and transportation stipend
