About the role:

HoneyBook is seeking a passionate and highly-skilled Sr. Market Researcher to join our growing Research team within the Product department. You’ll have the unique opportunity to shape how HoneyBook applies research to drive the internal growth strategy and launch creative, data-driven external messages that resonate with the market.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, New Markets Research, you will be crucial in executing custom research initiatives that uncover deep insights about our market landscape, competitive positioning, and target audience needs. Your work will directly support strategic decisions across product development, marketing, and brand strategy by contributing to key research areas: market sizing, competitive analysis, macroeconomic trend tracking, customer segmentation, concept testing, and thought leadership-led reporting for marketing assets.

You will collaborate closely with the Product Research team and cross-functional partners (Product, Marketing, Comms) to ensure robust market and member insights inform our point of view. This role will contribute significantly to HoneyBook's growth by helping us understand where to compete and how to win, ensuring our product and go-to-market strategies align with market realities. The ideal candidate will have a mixed-methods research background, with experience designing quantitative and qualitative studies that create compelling new stories that can position HoneyBook’s innovation for new market opportunities.
