About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be a critical partner in scaling our talent across various departments, including Mortgage, Escrow, Sales, Marketing, Growth, General & Administrative (G&A), Engineering, and Product. As a Recruiter at HomeLight, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and hiring the best talent to support our mission.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to conduct detailed intake meetings to understand the requirements, expectations, and scope of open roles.
- Create compelling and inclusive job descriptions tailored to attract top talent.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) to identify, source, and engage high-quality candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and alignment with HomeLight’s values.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
- Schedule interviews with hiring teams and manage logistics for interview loops.
- Facilitate debrief sessions with interviewers post-loop to gather feedback and make informed hiring decisions.
- Lead offer negotiations in collaboration with hiring managers and executives.
- Ensure smooth onboarding transitions for successful candidates.
- Maintain and utilize the Greenhouse ATS to track and report recruitment metrics.
Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably in a contract-to-hire capacity.
- Familiarity with recruiting across diverse job functions.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms, especially Greenhouse.
- Strong ability to source, assess, and engage high-quality candidates.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle scheduling and coordination tasks.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
