About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accounting Manager who excels at both strategic management and hands-on execution. This role will collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Accounting and Tax and GA on strategic initiatives and will shape and lead Accounting and Tax functions in India. You will be responsible for building the India processes and local compliance team for statutory accounting and tax compliance, ensuring the integrity of accounting and tax records for the Indian legal entity and compliance with India tax regulations, and accounting standards. In addition, you will be responsible for contributing to the global strategy to centralize statutory compliance support and filings for Highspots international entities, as well as leading and supporting the accounting and financial operations functions based in India. You will have the opportunity to establish best practices and ascertain compliance of accounting and tax policies. The ideal person will be detail-oriented, has a passion for building processes and automation, thrives in a fast-paced environment and can identify opportunities and execute solutions independently.
