Job Summary:

The incumbent in this role is responsible for technical and test environment support for multiple account implementation for Highradius and Partner projects for O2C products

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for multiple account implementation technical support for more than one O2C products 
• The person should have technical expertise in driving teams, understanding roadblocks and providing direction to the team and bringing confidence to the consulting partners.
• Accountable for maintaining overall UAT, Hypercare and Training environments (AWS, Azure & Google Cloud, Equinix) and ensuring environments are running with > 98% uptime
• Accountable for Test Account setup in UAT and Sandbox environment
• Data Analysis of DMS and CLS Projects during pre-project phase of implementation to derive value metrics and automation rules/output
• Driving roadmap of Consulting Enablement tools to help consultants fix issues faster and reduce build time (Eg: Diagnostic Tool, Self Service Portal etc.)
• Ensure regular connects with the team and catch up with individuals team members for performance feedback and mentorship 

Skill & Experience Needed:

Stakeholder management

• Ability to provide technical support for multiple client implementations projects in parallel
• Working with stakeholders in Consulting, Product Engineering, Platform and Cloud Engineering teams during project implementation for technical guidance

Excellent Communication

• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to participate in client meetings, understand the critical pieces of client business, relate to the application and propose solutions wherever required.
• Should be ready to jump into any critical escalations and partner with the client to empathize with the situation and provide solutions.

Problem Solving & Product Knowledge

• Should be ready to jump into any critical escalation and partner with consulting and understand the critical pieces of business, related to products and propose solutions wherever required

Good Technical Skills

• Must be Strong on Solutioning irrespective of the technology
• Strong in any one of the following
• Java / J2EE Skills or equivalent objective oriented programming experience 
• Any advanced frameworks like Spring / Hibernate or any other
• Good understanding of Application architecture and DB design

Technical Direction

• Create a future roadmap to the team. Encourage Technical POCs, create vision and direction for technical uplift.
• Provide technical vision / direction and make the team part of the journey

• Identify Strong people with good mix of technical and management skills, fast track them onto future leaders
• Be the Culture Champ, encourage high performers with good career plan, offload non performers
