Partner Relationship Manager - HighRadius
Summary:
HighRadius is looking to add a Partner Relationship Manager to its growing alliances organization. In this role, you’ll maintain several existing advisory partners, expand our reach across partner practices and markets, and align HighRadius’ value proposition with partners and their clients to drive Partner Generated Revenue.
This role will be based out of a major metropolitan area in the US, covering an assigned portfolio of HighRadius partners. Regular domestic travel to meet with partners is expected.
Your Day to Day:
- Maintain knowledge of the organizational structure and go-to-market strategy for finance transformation advisory work being sold by the partner organization and the key priority accounts that the partner organization is planning on selling to in each region/area/geography
- Identify and engage key leaders in each partner organization and strengthen working relationships with practice leaders and stakeholders in each account
- Training and educating the appropriate personnel at the partner organization on HighRadius solutions and develop joint go-to-market strategies and material
- Work with HighRadius partner organization to implement the playbook in converting leads to Partner Qualified Leads (PQL)
- Monitor the workings of each PQL through pricing (and work with the direct sales team), negotiation and contract signing to make sure that the partner interests are not negatively impacted
- Help develop the Data-Driven Assessment Tool Kit, and help our partners use the tool kit to perform quick assessments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field required
- 7 years of experience in partner sales and management, or advisory
- Strong background in Order to Cash or Invoice to Cash or prior experience in leading finance transformation initiatives strongly preferred
- Commitment to excellence and desire to delight customers by being a customer ambassador
- Strong rapport building and communication skills including professional writing, listening, effective verbal skills and experience presenting to executive teams to drive value for the customer
- Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly while still having the ability to focus on details
- Experience in project management and execution of success plans
