Job Summary:
HighRadius is looking for a professional to join our Product & Engineering Team. This role include Selenium Tester with experience in JavaScript-based test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts for web applications to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation scripts using Selenium with JavaScript-based tools - WebDriverIO
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to understand requirements and translate them into test cases
- Develop and maintain reusable automation components and frameworks
- Conduct regression testing and ensure timely defect tracking and reporting
- Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with development teams to resolve them
- Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., using Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving automation practices and strategies
Skill & Experience Needed:
- 2–5 years of experience in test automation using Selenium and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and hands-on experience with one or more JS-based testing tools (WebDriverIO, Protractor)
- Experience with BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber.js)
- Solid knowledge of automation frameworks, best practices, and design patterns
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git
- Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration testing
- Good communication and collaboration skills
