Junior Firmware Engineer - Halter
About the role
At Halter, we work at the interface where software meets firmware meets hardware, underpinned by deep data, to transform and improve what our customers (farmers) have been doing for centuries.
We're looking for a junior firmware engineer to help our growth through multiple international markets this year. As an engineer at Halter, you will demonstrate ownership of the collar firmware through a deep understanding of your firmware requirements, functionality, and design, and see it through all aspects of its life cycle from inception through to mass deployment and maintenance.
You’ll be working on the platform team, responsible for all aspects of delivering a highly reliable, fault-tolerant and monitorable collar, including ultra-low power design, communication, production support, in-field upgrade and monitoring.
