Formlabs is growing by the minute, and we’re looking for more operational muscle on our Finance & Accounting team. At Formlabs, this intensely focused and dedicated team applies careful attention to executing transactions within our financial operations, troubleshooting and providing key stakeholders with information required to manage our scaling business.

If you are excited to have a high impact within a fast-growing company, we want you to join us as our Accounts Payable Intern. 

The Internship: 

• Support the procure to pay or order to cash processes while delivering amazing service and experience to internal/external stakeholders 
• Process and analyze invoices, expense reports & cost summaries
• Work across teams to support our global procurement and ordering cycles

You: 

• Able to resolve complex problems and employ good judgment in the face of ambiguity 
• Interest in cash process, preparing and analyzing invoices, expense reports, and cost summaries 
• Communicate clearly when resolving issues with internal and external customers
• Ready to roll up your sleeves and dive head first into high pressure situations
• Able to power through tasks at lightning speed 

Bonus: 

• Passionate about 3D printing and the tech industry 
• Advanced Excel skills 
• Customer service experience
