Technical Support Engineer - Fingerprint

Fingerprint is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you'll be a key partner to our customers, helping them troubleshoot issues, integrate our API seamlessly, and maximize the value of our technology. You’ll work closely with the Senior Director of Customer Success, as well as cross-functional teams, to ensure customers have a smooth and positive experience with our platform.
