Summary:

Druva is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to join our exciting, fast growing company. We are looking for a person with a unique blend of business, technical and program management skill sets with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and driving execution at scale. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can navigate internal teams and external technology partners to deliver high-impact results with efficient processes.

As the Program Manager for Technical Alliances & Pricing Operations, you will own and execute initiatives for two mission-critical functions:

This role is ideal for a program leader who thrives in high-visibility, high-impact environments—someone who can align Product, Engineering, GTM Teams, IT, Legal, Revenue, Support operations and external partners to deliver scalable, revenue-driving initiatives.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $162,000 and $227,333/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity.
