We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Velocity Sales Manager with 3-5 years of experience in client-facing, management-level roles within the SaaS space. As the leader of a newly formed team within an exciting growing segment, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our sales strategy, driving both team performance and individual contributions in a high-velocity environment. This segment is focused on rapidly growing startups, where quick decision-making and accelerated deal cycles are critical to success. While experience in security and compliance is not required, we are looking for someone with a proven track record of success, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for working with innovative startups. This role will receive a competitive base salary, variable compensation, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The expected range of On-Target Earnings for this role is $255,000 - $315,000, subject to change.
A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s leveling and compensation–including a candidate’s professional background and experience. These ranges may be modified in the future and final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above.
